1. Company Information

This Case Outcome & Fee Disclosure is issued by:

Carentright OÜ
Registry code: 17481848
Registered address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Ruunaoja tn 3, 11415, Estonia
Email: support@carentright.com

Carentright OÜ operates the CarRentRight / CRR service.

In this document, “Carentright”, “CarRentRight”, “CRR”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Carentright OÜ.

2. Purpose of This Disclosure

This disclosure explains the outcome you want from the rental company, any amount involved, CRR’s separate €35 service fee, and when payment is due.

This fee disclosure forms part of the single Service Agreement and case-specific summary accepted after the free assessment, when you choose to continue. It does not require a separate signature, purchase or additional acceptance checkbox.

It explains:

  • how your requested outcome and any amount and currency are recorded;
  • the €35 total price, including any VAT legally due, disclosed before acceptance;
  • the free assessment and later payment-link process;
  • the work included, cancellation rights and absence of any guaranteed outcome;
  • and the separate arrangements needed if you choose to engage an independent lawyer.

Reading this disclosure during intake does not order the paid service. For this pilot, you review and send prepared correspondence yourself; CRR does not contact the rental company on your behalf. Intake or payment grants no authority to represent you or settle your case. You retain all settlement decisions and ownership of any underlying claim.

3. Your Requested Outcome and Any Amount Involved

Explain what you want the rental company to do, such as provide a refund, compensation, correction, explanation or apology. If you seek money, record the amount, its original currency and a breakdown where available. Identify estimates and amounts you cannot yet verify. Record zero only where no monetary payment is requested; if you seek payment but cannot yet quantify it, identify the amount as unknown rather than zero.

Any amount requested may include, where applicable:

  • unreturned deposits;
  • damage charges;
  • hidden or unexpected fees;
  • cancellation or no-show charges;
  • downgrade losses;
  • replacement rental costs;
  • other financial losses connected to the rental issue.

This is the starting point for assessment, not a confirmed entitlement or promise of recovery. Record refunds or reimbursements already received and avoid counting the same loss twice.

The request must reflect the evidence, relevant rental terms and applicable rules. CRR may ask you to correct or substantiate an amount. Any goodwill request should be identified separately from an asserted legal entitlement.

4. CRR Fee, VAT and Other Costs

CRR offers one paid package for the case identified in your service summary. The same fee applies whether or not money is involved, regardless of the amount requested or the outcome achieved.

The price structure is:

Assessment: free, including if you decide not to continue.

Paid Case Builder, Communicator and included resolution support: €35 total, including any VAT legally due.

VAT and total: you pay €35. Any VAT legally due is absorbed within that price and is not added on top. Before acceptance, we show the €35 total and identify any included VAT rate and amount. Where no VAT is legally chargeable, no VAT is charged or identified as included tax; the total remains €35.

This is one payment, with no subscription, stage-based increases, success commission or percentage deduction from your recovery.

The CRR fee is separate from:

  • the amount you seek from the rental company;
  • court fees;
  • lawyer fees;
  • enforcement fees;
  • other third-party charges outside the agreed package.

Court, lawyer and other third-party charges are not included in the €35 package. We will not order additional paid work or incur such costs on your behalf without explaining them and obtaining your express agreement.

5. Your Requested Outcome and the CRR Fee Are Separate

The rental company is asked to address the outcome, and any amount, properly supported by your case. CRR’s fee is paid by you for our work and is not automatically added to a monetary request or treated as a debt owed by the rental company.

The distinction is:

Requested outcome: what you want the rental company to do, including any amount sought. Service price: what you pay CRR for the agreed work.

Financial example — illustration only:

Supported amount requested: €300.

CRR service price: €35 total, including any VAT legally due, paid separately by you.

Amount requested from the rental company: €300, without automatically adding CRR’s fee.

If reimbursement of a service expense is proposed, it must have an appropriate basis or be clearly presented as a goodwill request. We explain this before it is included. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and does not change the agreed CRR price.

If the rental company pays the full €300 in this illustration:

You receive the €300 directly.

CRR takes no commission and makes no deduction from that recovery.

No second CRR fee becomes due because the requested outcome is achieved.

Record a non-euro amount requested in its original currency. Any conversion used in the case should identify its date and basis. CRR’s accepted price remains in euros; your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion charges.

6. Agreement and Payment Timing

Submitting your case and receiving the assessment are free. After assessment, if we offer the paid service and you choose to continue, you review and expressly accept the single Service Agreement, case-specific service summary and stated payment obligation.

Before acceptance, you receive your case reference, requested outcome and any amount/currency involved, agreed work, delivery timeframe, included support and limits, the €35 total and any VAT included within it, and any payment deadline. The summary confirms that you review and send prepared correspondence yourself. Provide accurate residence and billing information; a telephone country code alone does not establish VAT treatment.

After you accept, we send the payment email and link solely to collect the agreed amount. No new CRR signature, acceptance checkbox or sending authority is requested in that email or checkout. Its amount must match the accepted total; ask us to correct any discrepancy before paying. Paid work begins only after confirmed payment and any early-start choice recorded during agreement acceptance. Sending or opening the link is not proof of payment. You receive a durable copy of the accepted agreement and summary, and a payment confirmation or receipt.

7. What the €35 Service Covers

Following the free assessment, the paid package covers the work defined in your service summary, including:

  • developing the case structure and approach;
  • setting out the relevant facts and chronology;
  • identifying material evidence gaps and uncertainties;
  • explaining relevant rental terms and rules;
  • organizing supporting documents into the written case file;
  • preparing correspondence for you to review and send yourself;
  • explaining the intended recipient, supporting documents and practical sending steps;
  • helping review replies and prepare follow-up correspondence within the included support;
  • guidance on available next steps if the matter remains unresolved.

Resolution support is included in the same package. Its duration, extent, delivery arrangements and limitations are stated before acceptance. For this pilot, you review and send prepared correspondence yourself; CRR does not contact the rental company on your behalf. Payment creates no sending authority.

8. Settlement and Completion of the Service

The outcome of your case and completion of CRR’s work are separate matters. You decide whether to accept a proposed settlement.

In particular:

  • a payment or remedy from the rental company goes directly to you;
  • CRR must still fulfil the deliverables and included support promised in the Service Agreement, unless a lawful change or ending is agreed.

Delivery of the Case Builder and prepared messages completes those deliverables. It does not automatically complete the whole service while included support or other promised work remains outstanding.

Full performance means all agreed work and support obligations have been fulfilled. A first PDF, failure to achieve the outcome you seek or a decision to stop does not by itself make the entire fee non-refundable. Section 9 and the Service Agreement govern any amount retained or refunded.

9. Withdrawal, Early Start and Refunds

Under the Service Agreement, individual consumer customers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the agreement is concluded, with any stronger mandatory rights preserved. Send a clear notice to support@carentright.com, with your name and case reference. The agreement also provides a postal route and an optional withdrawal form.

Starting paid work during that period requires your separate express request and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right ends only after the whole agreed service is fully performed. This is recorded in the agreement-acceptance process before the payment email. Payment alone is not that request. Without an early-start request, work begins after the withdrawal period, subject to payment and the agreed timetable.

If you withdraw before paid work begins, we refund the full amount paid. After a properly requested early start, only a lawful, reasonable proportion of the agreed price for work supplied up to withdrawal may be retained. We explain the calculation; the assessment remains free. No charge is retained where missing information or consent makes it unlawful.

Any withdrawal refund is made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice, less only a lawful proportionate charge, through the original payment method unless you agree otherwise and without a refund fee. After the withdrawal period, the agreement provides fair accounting for work supplied and a refund for work we will not perform. Your rights concerning defective, late or unperformed service remain. Failure to achieve the outcome you seek alone does not create an automatic refund if the promised work was properly completed.

10. Who Pays Whom

There are two separate payment relationships:

  • you pay the agreed service price to Carentright OÜ through the payment link provided for your case;
  • the rental company pays any refund or compensation directly to you.

CRR does not receive or hold your recovery, purchase your claim, or take a percentage of the amount recovered. Reimbursement of your CRR expense, if separately agreed by the rental company, belongs to you.

The external payment provider processes your checkout. CRR does not store full card numbers or security codes; limited confirmation, receipt and refund records are handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Counteroffers and Partial Offers

The rental company may respond with a counteroffer.

A counteroffer may:

  • offer the full amount;
  • offer only part of the amount requested;
  • offer a voucher or another non-cash remedy;
  • reject your request entirely;
  • fail to respond.

You decide whether to accept, reject or query an offer. Consider its amount, timing, conditions and any release of further claims. CRR can help you understand the proposal within the agreed administrative support; it cannot accept or bind you to a settlement.

You are not required to keep pursuing the rental company solely to recover CRR’s service fee. A direct settlement or refusal to reimburse that fee does not create another charge to you or authorize CRR to pursue its own fee against the rental company.

12. No Guarantee of Outcome

Reading this disclosure, receiving an assessment or paying for the service does not guarantee:

  • that the evidence will be sufficient to obtain the outcome you seek;
  • that the company will respond;
  • that the company will pay the user;
  • that the rental company will reimburse your service expense;
  • that correspondence or discussions will succeed;
  • that litigation will be available;
  • that any court or authority will award costs or fees.

Outcomes depend on the facts, evidence, applicable rules, the rental company’s response and any independent decision-maker. The fee purchases the agreed work, subject to your cancellation rights and remedies for failures in CRR’s own service.

13. Litigation Is Separate

This disclosure does not create litigation authority.

If administrative support does not resolve the matter, you may consider independent legal advice or other available routes. CRR does not conduct litigation under this package.

If you choose a legal route, it requires your separate decision and may involve:

  • a specifically authorized referral to an independent lawyer;
  • separate law firm engagement documents;
  • direct payment to the law firm where applicable;
  • power of attorney or similar documents where required;
  • court-specific requirements.

CRR is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation in court.

14. Relationship With the Service Agreement

This disclosure is read with:

The Terms and case-specific service summary, including this fee disclosure, form one Service Agreement. A later payment email confirms what was already accepted; it introduces no new CRR contract, signatures, charges, exclusions or authority. The new model does not retrospectively change an existing customer’s agreement.

15. What Your Agreement Acceptance Covers

The points below explain what is covered by your single post-assessment acceptance of the Service Agreement, agreed scope and exact total. They are not separate checkboxes or signatures. Any required early-start choice is recorded distinctly within the same acceptance process:

  • you have had the opportunity to review this fee disclosure as part of the agreement;
  • you understand that the assessment is free and the optional paid package costs €35 total, including any VAT legally due;
  • you understand that any amount requested from the rental company is separate from the price paid to CRR and that our fee is not automatically added to the rental-company demand;
  • you understand that payment is requested by link after assessment and acceptance of the Service Agreement;
  • you understand that you review and send prepared correspondence yourself; the agreement and payment do not authorize CRR to contact the rental company, make settlement decisions or act as your lawyer;
  • you understand that the fee pays for agreed work, the outcome you seek is not guaranteed, and cancellation and service-quality rights remain available;
  • you understand that lawyer and court costs are outside the €35 package and require separate arrangements if you choose that route.
